Despite COVID-19, organ donation/transplantation needs continue to grow, as are we! We're excited to currently be hiring for many different positions that will expand our teams. As Kentucky's sole organ procurement organization, we facilitate organ and tissue recovery and serve as the state's primary contact for organ and tissue donation. As an organization, we strive to provide the best possible care to our donor families, facilitate the recovery of organs and tissues, educate the communities we serve, and support special events to promote donation throughout Kentucky. Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) is looking for a compassionate, accountable, and dedicated candidate to join our team. Currently, KODA has a full-time Partnership Services Liaison position open to serve the Lexington, KY area. This position is based within University of Kentucky Hospital. If you are interested in honoring the gift of donation, we want to talk to you!

The Partnership Services Liaison is responsible for activities related to the promotion of organ and tissue donation and transplantation among health care professionals and hospitals. These duties include partner services in assigned hospitals, related professional program planning and implementation, and various administrative duties. Other duties include conducting on-site assessment and evaluation of potential organ donors and following referrals in assigned area. Occasional family support may be required. Extensive automobile travel within the KODA service area is expected.



  • Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, education, public relations, business, social work or marketing.
  • Exceptional work experience may be substituted for education requirements.


  • Three years' experience in health care, marketing, communications, business, development, social work or teaching required.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Direct clinical experience in a health care setting preferred.
  • Experience with EMR desired.
